When a redesign makes sense
A website can become a poor fit even when the business itself is strong. Services change, the company grows, mobile behavior shifts and old content accumulates. NDW reviews the current website before agreeing what should stay, what should be simplified and what needs to change.
A redesign can address
- Unclear or outdated service content
- Navigation that makes important pages difficult to find
- Weak mobile layouts or hard-to-use contact paths
- Visual design that no longer reflects the business
- Missing search-friendly structure and metadata
Keep what is useful
Redesign does not mean discarding everything. Useful existing content, established URLs and working customer journeys should be preserved where they still serve a purpose. URL changes should be handled intentionally with tested redirects rather than by replacing every route.
Measure the right outcome
NDW can design toward clearer enquiry paths and stronger usability, but does not present intended improvements as measured business results unless evidence exists after launch.
